Do not use hot water to wash, do not soak your Cutters or use them to cut hot Cookie dough. Avoid any contact with heat or your Cookie Cutter will melt. PLA Cookie Cutters can be damaged if not stored properly.

We do not provide any support for 3D printing or troubleshooting related to the printing process.
