Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Sweet Designs Shoppe ships within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery options to more countries soon.
What is your return policy for damaged goods?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
Are your textile products machine washable?
Care instructions vary by material. Most of our pillow covers and throws are machine washable on a gentle cycle, but we recommend air drying to maintain fabric integrity.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to make further changes.
